Leanne O'Connor - Managing Director
Beginning her SAP career in 1993 after completing a Bachelor of Information Technology, Leanne has over ten years hands-on experience as an SAP consultant. She has worked on many large-scale SAP implementations nationally, covering the manufacturing, government, utilities, mining and financial services industries. Her SAP career focused on technical development, team leading and logistics functional consulting.
Leanne brings her substantial SAP experience and passion for the industry to her role as Director. She is committed to supporting the success of SAP-run businesses across Australia, through outcome and relationship based SAP Recruitment and Contractor Management solutions.
Tim O'Toole – Client Services Manager
Tim has over seven years SAP and IT recruitment experience working across international and domestic markets. Tim employs a confident consulting style and takes a delivery-focused approach to working with clients. His experience covers the full lifecycle of SAP requirements for contract and permanent needs.
During his career Tim has established an expansive network to secure high quality candidates for a broad range of industries. Tim's core competencies lie in relationship management, recruitment solutions, delivery and people management.
Chris Harrington – Contractor Management Executive
Chris has over twenty years experience in financial services and has worked in the contractor management and engagement arena since 2003, focusing on solution delivery to both contractors and clients. Working across Australia in senior consulting roles, Chris built up a broad knowledge of contractor management and engagement services.
Chris has a consultative and solution-based style, offering contractors the most appropriate financial structure to maximise available benefits, while delivering the desired result for clients.
Laban Ditchburn – Account Manager
Laban has over ten years of business development experience across multiple industries. Since 2006, he has focused on SAP account management and resourcing across all SAP skill requirements.
Laban has a proven reputation of delivering results in the toughest scenarios, ensuring client and candidate satisfaction and success. In doing so, Laban has built a vast network of SAP resources, from CO consultants to CIOs, trainers to technicians, and beyond.
Melanie Duval - Account Manager
With over ten years experience in IT recruitment, Melanie has focused specifically on the SAP market for the past six. Melanie has successfully filled a range of diverse and challenging SAP and general IT requirements, across various skill sets and technologies.
Melanie's strengths lie in sourcing and selecting the right candidates. Using her effective recruitment process, Melanie is able identify the most suitable candidate, effectively assessing both the technical and behavioural fit required for the role.
Keith White – Financial Controller
With over 30 years of key management position experience to draw on, Keith specialises in guiding start up businesses to maturity. Keith has worked extensively with service-based organisations in the public and private sectors, understanding the issues and skills required to ensure business success.
Keith’s key skills include financial and information services management, organisation development, strategic and business planning, corporate governance, operational management and business process improvement.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree and is an Associate Member of CPA Australia.
