Leanne O'Connor - Managing Director

Beginning her SAP career in 1993 after completing a Bachelor of Information Technology, Leanne has over ten years hands-on experience as an SAP consultant. She has worked on many large-scale SAP implementations nationally, covering the manufacturing, government, utilities, mining and financial services industries. Her SAP career focused on technical development, team leading and logistics functional consulting.

Leanne brings her substantial SAP experience and passion for the industry to her role as Director. She is committed to supporting the success of SAP-run businesses across Australia, through outcome and relationship based SAP Recruitment and Contractor Management solutions.

Tim has over seven years SAP and IT recruitment experience working across international and domestic markets. Mary Vidovich - SAP Account Manager

Mary started her career in the SAP resourcing industry in 2005 and since then has worked specifically in the Australian SAP market. She has previously held the positions of SAP Resource Consultant and Senior SAP Recruitment Consultant.

Mary's skills range from SAP market mapping and networking in the SAP communication through to her extensive candidate knowledge, candidate and client care and event co-ordination. When working with clients and candidates, Mary's passion is customer care and delivering her unique professional and personal service at all times.

Chris Lourey - Consulting Director

Chris is a globally experienced SAP professional, with over 17 years of SAP consulting, project delivery and practice management experience.

His experience covers all phases of the SAP system development life cycle, from pre-sales to implementation and support.

Chris brings valuable SAP experience and product knowledge in providing planning, resourcing and delivery of SAP projects to ensure high quality projects that deliver effective business outcomes.

Chris is skilled across a wide range of modules, FI, CO, JVA, PS, BI (BW/EPM) with exposure to SD, MM, LE, TR and WM.

Chris manages the Consulting division of Systems and People.

Bridget La Ragy - Contractor Management Consultant

As Contractor Management Consultant at Systems and People, Bridget provides an end-to-end contractor engagement service. She liaises directly with clients and contrators to ensure all aspects of the contract engagement process are seamless.  Bridget organises contracts, payroll tax, superannuation and any other services required to suit the client and contractors individual needs.

 

As Systems and People also specialise in SAP Recruitment and Consulting, contractors have the opportunity to talk to our SAP Account Managers regarding future employment opportunities in the SAP market.

 

Bridget is currently in the final stages of completing her double degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management at Victoria University. This degree has provided her with a vast knowledge of concepts, theories and practical experience within the Human Resources industry, which enables her to provide excellent services levels to her stakeholders.
